We were approached by one of the world's best-known brands, who needed assistance in bringing their revised values and purpose to life. Our client wanted to turn their employees into brand ambassadors, instilling pride, passion and purpose into the workplace.
The solution
Working with key representatives from the HR, Communication and Leadership teams, we brought our client’s Inspiring a World of Change campaign to life. At the heart of the campaign was our HEARING, BELIEVING, LIVING approach, which put employees centre-stage. By weaving the new brand philosophy and cultural identity across all facets of the work environment, we encouraged employees to take ownership of the brand from the inside out, creating a tangible sense of pride and passion.
