The challenge
We worked with one of the world's largest FMCG companies to bring their ethics and compliance programme to life. Despite having a well-developed code of conduct and policies in place, the company was struggling to get employees to pay attention. Engage was brought on board to instil the company's ethics and compliance policies at a local and global level, with a view to creating a core company culture based on doing business right.
The solution
We developed a company-wide campaign, characterised by a unique creative identity, which was rolled out across a variety of channels including print and digital media. At the heart of a campaign, was a bespoke interactive board game, which harnessed the power of gamification to bring relevant scenarios and concepts to life. The game was a huge success with employees and greatly aided in embedding ethical and compliance policies into the organisation's DNA. Messaging was further reinforced via an ethics and compliance ambassador programme, as well as the creation of comprehensive toolkits for middle management complete with all the tools needed to implement good business practices.
